  I have experienced amazing customers service since I am shipping from this location they get busy like any other business and it's not long wait.. parking is bit tight but it's manageable

  The employees went above and beyond to be helpful. They were extremely kind and patient while I worked with Amazon customer service to get correct return labels for my boxes. They are a 10+ in customer service and support. Awesome experience. Haven’t seen that level of customer service in a decade!

  Horrible. Place is an absolute craphole with nonstop rude arrogant employees who never answer their phone. Especially the wise guy with the ponytail. I was this close from giving him a piece of my mind but felt bad for the other 14 people waiting in line and didn’t want to waste anymore of my time. I’ll gladly take the extra 20 min ride to staples for any future returns.
