  The team at the Cornerstone Square UPS in Westford were very helpful. Especially Sheila, who patiently re-taped and prepared my package since I needed to remove one item before shipping it. She was friendly and made the errand stress free. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the customers were tended to. Thank you Sheila and the #6533 UPS store team!

  I can vote but cannot ship a package without ID. That is what is wrong with America and UPS store/Nick.

  Today I wanted to drop a trip pack envelope on this location and immediately the women that worked there say to me that she was not going to accept my envelope, which I drop in other locations before and she mentioned that the rules change a year ago and I respond to her That I did it last month, well her final response was that obviously I got that person in trouble and that she was not going to get in trouble because of me, I just wanted to drop my trip pack envelope, she was so rude and wanted me to feel so guilty, at the end I left this store and went to the Chelmsford, Ma store and inmediately took my trippack envelope without any rudeness or making me feel so bad,

  Lousy service. Asked for a UPS envelope and was refused. I haven't had this happen elsewhere.
