  The people at the 14000 s bell road, Homer glen, store are so unfriendly. They have a mean look on their faces every time I go in there. Must hate their jobs!

  This store is always so severely understaffed at all times of the day on all days. I go here multiple times per month and there's always at least 3 people in line in front of me and only 1 person behind the counter. Doesn't matter if it's 2 on a tuesday, or saturday at lunch time, or during the post-work rush. Wait times vary between 10 and 45 minutes in the store. Your are better off using any other shipping service if you can avoid this specific UPS branch.
