  This UPS location had a recent change in ownership and none of these bad reviews apply anymore. I have experienced consistent friendly and professional customer service from every employee here. It's run by a family now and they couldn't be kinder people. Highly recommend for any shipping or printing. They deserve a 5 star review average.

  They charged a dollar $1 on top of their own prepaid shipping label that was already paid for around 5 dollar, because "they have to print it out." Straight up condescending attitude from the employee when I said it's too much. It's either the employee's mistake or this corporate greed getting out of control.

  This is more of a review for UPS as a whole not just canyon UPS. I ordered a simple pair of shoes and I put in my CORRECT address, and ups just decided to use my old apartment address from over 2 years ago. I in no way out this address in myself and the website says I entered my correct address and it chose this old old address as my default address. I went to go change it and it only let me change one aspect of the address such as the street OR the number, when I needed to change both. Called the canyon UPS and they told me there was nothing they could do and they gave me a number for the Amarillo distribution center. I called this number and it was some company trying to sell me a medical alert band???? Called UPS 5x to finally talk to a representative that told me there was nothing they could do. So I asked them how I am supposed to get my package and they said the only thing I can do is try to contact the website I bought my package from. Called that company and it was easily changed within seconds. So very frustrating.
