Complete rip-off. They charged $3.41 just to print one page that I emailed to their print address. The breakdown: $2.99 computer use fee (even though I didn’t use their computer), $0.20 for the page, plus tax. No other options given. Very disappointing and unfair pricing. Similar services at Staples is .20 to .26 cents

I typically do not have a problem at this store. The manager here is efficient and helpful. She was not here when I stopped in to get a passport photo. The website states this is something they do. Apparently never or rarely. The first person I spoke with said I had to email. The second had never done this and asked another lady for help; however, since the store was busy, she had to return to help others and left this person to their own devices. I was positioned right at the door entrance, blocking incoming clients and the Amazon self-return kiosk. I felt so conspicuous and so in the way and it seemed as though a photo would never be right or accepted by the passport office. After 35 minutes or more, I was given a photo and told it should be okay. I will now need to go to CVS after wasting my time and 17.00. A much better spot needs to be utilized in the store ( like to left as you enter). This is not rocket science. Don't make my mistake just go elsewhere for this service.

Terrible. Twice I've gone and twice I've been extremely disappointed. There is no sense of urgency with the employees and certainly a lack of friendly customer service. I had just read the time that UPS picks up which was 6:00 pm. I walked into the store and as I handed her my UPS Next Day Express I saw the UPS Driver picking up a sack that he took out the back of the store. I expressed my concen and the female customer service representative indicated that I was all set. Since I left, at approximately 5:27, because I have a screenshot that I took at 5:30 of the times they picked up today that says 6:00 p.m. Well so far, it's now 6:30 p.m. and I neither have any trust in the store that will never go to again, nor have I seen an update on my overnight envelope. I am an individual, not a business and UPS overnight letters aren't free..
The previous time I went to this store, I had terrible service by a female employee as well. My UPS Express Letter did not go out and I was charged $6.00 to print a label.
You can see my previous review of the UPS Store in Hudson, FL to see how I rated their superb performance as opposed to this Zephyrhills store.
