  The prices are outrageous. The girl in the store looked like she hated her job and had a personality to go with it. Never told me about insurance until I asked as I was leaving and then got pissed that she had to get someone else to redo the transaction to add insurance. Service and prices - big fail!

  This is my favorite UPS store. They are ready to help and I've literally been in and out in seconds. They are very knowledgeable and very efficient. The staff knows what it means to take care of customers and they perform this with speed and accuracy. No missing packages so far with this location. I highly recommend this locale.

  Pure misery. I’ve waited 8 months to post a review and I can say the customer service in this place is consistently atrocious. I know working in customer service is awful, I’ve done it, we all get it. But good grief. I’m never greeted upon entering. Just a blank stare. And that’s a step up from being completely ignored. The only words you’ll usually hear from the employees are “do you want a receipt?”, though to avoid speaking they’ll usually just print it and hand it over. Once in a while there’s a nice person working there who might throw a “hello” or a “have a nice day” out there, but they’re usually new and don’t last long. The misery trolls however, seem to thrive in this environment and stay forever. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smile in this place. I visit other locations whenever I’m able to but unfortunately this one is the closest to my house. It’s convenient but don’t expect a nice experience here.
