  Same lady whose picture is posted in a review was awful to me today, went for a return and needed to print a label and was super rude about it and wouldn't help when I tried to use the computer to print it. Had to go to another store 15min away from that one at Town Center and the staff was amazing. Never going back to this location

  Do NOT come here. I came in just to return a package and print a label, and the experience was beyond frustrating. They told me I had to log into a public computer with my personal email just to print it. I asked if I could send the file to their email or connect my phone to print, but they had absolutely no options. Instead, there was a credit card reader attached to the computer and you are forced to pay just to access it. That was the last straw. I walked out and went straight to FedEx, and the difference was night and day. FedEx helped me right away, made the process easy, and did not nickel-and-dime me at every step. This place is a complete money grab and they do not care about customer convenience at all. If you want to save yourself the headache, go to FedEx.

  The office does not receive packages after was told they do. The manager is rude and doesn't care. I wish I could zero stars!!

  La atención en horrible, la chica que está atendiendo en este momento hoy 07-31-2025 a las 4:15 pm es muy maleducada no tiene nada de empatía, es mi primera vez realizando una devolución y mi experiencia con esta chica alta blanca de cabello negro con ojeras rojas, fue terrible, la chica me hizo hasta carta de fastidio y me dijo no se debes saber qué hacer y ya hasta lloré, me dirigió a otro UPS y créanme que fue totalmente diferente muy amable y colaboradores. The attention is horrible, the girl who is attending at this time today 07-31-2025 at 4:15 pm is very rude she has no empathy, it is my first time making a return and my experience with this tall white girl with black hair with red dark circles, was terrible, the girl even made me a letter of annoyance and told me you should not know what to do and I even cried, she directed me to another UPS and believe me that it was totally different very friendly and collaborative.
