  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Statesville UPS location was incredibly disappointing. The owner was snippy, short, and just plain rude. Instead of assisting me with a simple AT&T return (which I’m sure they get paid to handle), she made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. After asking me to unbox the equipment for her, she said something out loud. When I politely asked her to repeat it, she looked at me and snapped, “I wasn’t talking to you.” I was shocked at her tone. She then told me she didn’t need the boxes I brought the equipment in (which normally I would have gladly disposed of). When I said I didn’t need them either, she huffed loudly, muttered something under her breath, and when I asked “excuse me?” she turned away—no thank you, no goodbye. UPS is supposed to make shipping easy and reliable—this location did the opposite. I’d like to say I hope management addresses these issues and invests in better training, but unfortunately, she is the owner.

  Waited over an hour for the store to open thinking maybe somebody was running late but if your hours have changed you need to update them this is crazy! You lost out on a ton of business while I was waiting here at least 15 different people showed up and left.

  Made an appointment online for notary services. Was meeting my parents half way between their house and mine - over 3 hr drive between us! Only to get there and be told they don't do notary services and are not connected to the website (ups.com). Total waste of time and money!
