Tried to call to ask a question and whoever answered the phone got an attitude and hung up. Really poor customer service skills if that’s how you answer the phone, had half a mind to call back and say something.

I took in 4 items to be returned back to Amazon on April 11, 2025 at 5:46pm. Because I usually have connection problems with my internet on my phone in this store, so I made copies of 3 of the bar code return back. The first iitem was a patio set that was never opened. I gave the clerk the printing label. The other papers in my hand were bar code items so she just scanned those items. The last items I needed to return, I had not printed the label. I was told by the clerk that I could sent it via email. Due to difficulty pulling it up on my phone, I had to step outside of the store. The store received the email and took the item. This was at 6:02pm so she gave me a receipt, The other receipt listed 3 items. After checking for a while for my return, I called Amazon. Everything had been refunded except the patio set. I realize that it had FEDX. Amazon does not have a record of it being turned in. I went to the UPS Store today and met with the rudest manager/owner. She was very nasty and was talking so loud. She had a picture of me turning in the box and they took it, She was so unprofessional and confrontational. She tried to say I gave them the same print label twice because they would not have taken the label that had FEDX on it. I ended up just leaving store. She was not helpful at all. I do plan to reach out to soul catching news and the UPS headquarters for next steps. The owner/manager needs training in customer service.

Unprofessional I didn’t understand something online and called the store the lady Said”I’m not dealing with this” and hung up on me I won’t be back
