  Went to ups a package and to copy some papers. Ashley went over and beyond the top in servicing me. I hope management reliezes what a gem they have. She deserves a raise, a big one!!

  I had to ship some papers to Canada and the gentleman working has no idea how to handle that. I should have left but didn't, and now my documents are stuck in customs. Don't use them for international at all! Because he didn't list the shipment as documents, the shipment is stuck indefinitely. They want me to contact the receiver, who is unavailable as it is the GOVT OF CANADA. I'm never going back to these people. I may have lost a ton of sensitive documents because of their incompetence. My only mistake was going to this store and not walking out when it was clear the young man behind the till was incompetent.

  Bill is great! He is always helpful and professional and sometimes he might crack a smile🌝 l am sorry for the rude comments in these reviews. My mama always taught me that you reap what you sow. Apparently the anrgy customers were angry before they even walked in the door. I use Etters UPS instead of the post office because of their professional and prompt friendly service!!
