  Absolute garbage service. They have about 15 people working, half of them on their phones, having very personal conversations that probably should be had in the ear shot and view of the public. Don’t bother expecting friendly customer service. I wouldn’t use this location for their services outside of just dropping off packages and leaving.

  Lady with highlights. Seemed insanely annoyed that a customer actually walked in and interrupted their conversation. Kept repeating “I don’t know what you want me to do” instead of answering my question. RESPONDING TO YOUR REPLY… there may be a miscommunication… I didn’t mind that they could not help me, once I understood the issue it was fine. My problem is that they were rude and condescending, they expected me to have their knowledge, I don’t work at ups… and they seemed angry at me for interrupting their conversation the second I walked in. Hope this clarifies that my one star review was for the service i received and not because they couldn’t do anything with my package. Additionally I didn’t order the package! And I don’t know the difference between the brands packaging. Sue me! Amazon said it could be refused at UPS because it was too big for Whole Foods. If you read my review for FedEx or ANYWHERE ELSE, i gave five stars because of employee attitudes and helpfulness… customer service... not because they were able to return the package

  Alyssa was the best, she fixed my package with the wrong the address and got it rerouted to her store and worked tirelessly to make sure everything worked out! I would recommend this ups to anyone, they will take care of you and they work really hard.
