    Trisha did an amazing job in reducing the shipping costs ($700 to $300). I loved the quick and easy service provided. Also, it's a pleasure interacting with such a personable representative.

    Nyla was courteous, helpful and friendly. This also describes all of the staff at this store.. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes at this store. They get you taken care of in a timely manner.

    10/15/25 Normally I go to the Richmond Hill location but I had business in Hinesville, I had estimated shipping cost on the Hinesville and Richmond Hill UPS store website at $24.14 when Nyla figured up the size and weight to ship to a Florida address it was over $49, I told her that couldn't be correct and asked her to check that the size and weight were correct, she did not check and said it was entered correctly and their prices fluctuate, she then asked when I got the price quote. I got them yesterday, she again said prices fluctuate and didn't bother to recheck her information she put in the computer so I left and rechecked the weight, size and overestimated like I always do, again both websites said $24.14
