  One of the worst UPS stores I have ever visited, with extremely poor customer service. I usually go to my local UPS store, but I stopped here one morning after leaving Whole Foods nearby, and unfortunately, I experienced nothing but rudeness. I am not sure if the individual who helped me was a staff member or the owner, but his behavior was very degrading. It is truly disheartening to see minorities look down on one another as if they are superior, when in reality, we should be united and supportive of each other. As a Franchise Specialist and the Founder of Franchisee Voices, who spent two years in court fighting on behalf of franchisees, I find it especially disappointing to witness this type of behavior from franchise owners, particularly when it involves minorities treating others with such disregard.

  Lady was friendly and helpful but for one line of tape they charged me $8 yes I could have went to the dollar store got it cheaper but would recommend for this location to help out the customer with packaging not up selling the customer on tape I do these reviews not to hurt store but to help stores improve on customer service
