  It was easy-to-use. The automated terminal allowed me to complete my transaction without waiting in line for an associate. It took less than a minute.

  This store destroyed my $2700 Espresso machine that they packed and shipped, and then would only cover less than 1/2 of the amount after a claim was processed. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING VALUABLE WITH UPS AND THIS LOCATION. The representative provided false information about the value of the item shipped.

  The workers were friendly and helpful! I had never used ups to make returns, and i asked a couple of questions and the worker was very nice and explained how their self service worked and what was allowed to be return.
