  When the business model includes answering the phone, you're losing business by not Answering. I went all the way there for a notary who wasn't there because no one would answer the phone. I ended up going to el cerrito. They had a notary and were very professional. They answered the phone on the first ring. The young lady also has a poor attitude. This place used to be a pleasant place to do business. Not anymore.

  I asked a simple question: Does UPS print Amazon return labels as they peviously did, or have they stopped offering that service. The person answering the phone did not know. That is not believable. Yes, or no, Do you print Amazon return labels?

  I have yet to have a good experience with ups in general but this was the icing on the cake that did it for me. I came into this store to get 2 envelopes while waiting line I noticed how slow the employees were moving and then one of them asks me to step back to the line on the floor. It was some masking tape that was hardly Visible. The employees were taking forever while off in their own conversations so I put the envelopes back and walked out and went to the store one door down. While in that store the manager comes over and asked me “did you take something from my store?” I told her that I did not and I had put it back and left. I then overheard her telling her co worker what I said and the coworker then came out and asked me again. I told her the same thing and that I did not like the way I was being treated and she kept trying to tell me that I was wrong. I said I had had enough and she went in and I hear the one lady ask what I said and I heard her say in a mocking voice “blah blah blah whatever.” I can not believe that these 2 women are allowed to even work there. Then I came on her and was not surprised to see how many bad reviews were up. If I owned this store I would get rid of those employees and find ones who were capable of being respectful and doing their jobs with a little more enthusiasm to work. On a side note, the young man who was working seemed like a very nice man who was trying to do his job well. I feel bad he has to work with the other 2 ladies.

  Very rude and unpleasant employee. I wasn't able to read a previous review that they won't honor the appointment you made online, all because she can't see them. We were on time for our 10am, and she said she can't see us until 11 am. There were a handful of customers who were at the store, and we would have been fine to let them finish first. But why wait until 11am to serve us? I'm glad Pinole UPS takes walk-ins.
