- PWPATRICE WILLIAMS2 days ago1.0This is the second time I've been at this location. My normal location is Myrtle Beach. I use UPS alot for my business. The cashier has had an attitude both times. I've spoken to her several times and asked questions and there literally isnt any dialogue. She will literally ignore me, scan my boxes and hand me a receipt without a word, which is weird. She acts like I'm bothering her. I never write bad reviews because I've worked customer service as a General manager for over 17 years. I know bad days happen and it's impossible to be on your A game all the time but a hello, have a good one or speaking back when someone is talking to you shouldn't be hard to do. Again I never leave negative reviews but after two times. I felt like I needed to. I hope this is received in good faith. Have a blessed day.
