  it was horrible the lady didnt understand english and i couldnt understand her, jad to tell her things 3 or 4 times. she was very aggravating and i wont deal w/her ever again.

  I had to go to the UPS store for an Amazon return because Kohls wasn't an option. I was charged $2, each, for simple plastic mailer bags, because "that is the policy". What a racket.

  If you end up forgetting to tape your box for return it’s gonna cost $2 for strip of tape. Had to drive all the way home for a small tape. Need better customer service. Moments later after taping my package drive back, waited in line and saw another customer exactly same but bigger package was not charge $2 for longer strip of tape. Shame on them.
