Do not trust any of the five star reviews because this place deserves a zero. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had from any business in a long time. I work for USPS (i.e. the post office) and I walked in wearing my uniform. I needed to return two packages to Amazon and I was not familiar with the process of doing it. The employee was very cold and condescending as I entered and I confess I wasn't sure how to what to look up my Amazon order number or details since I've never done this before. After continually rolling his eyes at me and speaking in a discourteous, unprofessional tone, I simply had to walk away. Then the manager rudely said, "This isn't the post office! as I exited the store," so my advice is AVOID this place if you want professional service with UPS.

I came in the store with seven 25 lbs extra large boxes. I was hauling them one at a time into the store with some difficulty, but then after a couple, Sherry, one of the managers, came to the door to help me get them all inside. Once inside, I handed the desk clerk my 7 QR codes I received from Overstock. He said they were all the same, so if he did it that way, all 7 boxes would not be able to be tracked. Sherry came back over to explain that the other 6 boxes would just 'fall off the planet" somewhere since they would not have their own tracking ID. Sherry said I needed to call Overstock customer service to get the unique codes. From the lobby, I called Overstock, but they weren't open for another hour. Normally, they wouldn't let you just leave all these boxes just sitting around in their lobby, so I was dreading dragging these back out and loading up my car. Sherry offered to grab a cart to stack them up on until I could reach Overstock. It took almost two hours for me to get the QR codes, but Sherry did not seem annoyed. The 7 QR codes worked, and I was on my way, but I want to thank this store for having the grace to let me just leave all of these boxes and also for looking out for me to ensure I was able to get the boxes back to Overstock for a full refund for every box.
