  I shipped a package to another state, but it was lost. I repeatedly called the UPS Store for help, but they only redirected me to UPS Capital for a refund instead of trying to locate my package. It has now been over 7 weeks, and I have received no response regarding either a refund or the missing package. UPS even sent me an email claiming that the refund had been issued, but I never received any money. This is extremely poor service, very unprofessional, and a huge waste of my time. I am deeply disappointed and will never use UPS again.

  Nakita is awesome! Store 1806 was nice and background music was inspiring. I recommend this store needing parcel services or documents printed. My copies printed out nicely.

  This store should install a self-service drop off kiosk. It's always a long line and cashier seems little rude by asking a question.

  I have to return a large package through UPS, told the person over the phone this and said they would not accept a crate even though i had a UPS return label. Made me call fully automated customer support which of course didnt help and wasted my time, called the next closest location and they were happy to assist me, had no idea what the employee at this location was talking about, obviously very lazy employees here
