  I was at this UPS location on Kirk road today to return a large package. It was extremely busy and manger Kash did a splendid job getting everyone out quickly; he was extremely professional, polite and had wonderful customer service, the man deserves some help though! Thank you Kash for getting everyone in and out so seamlessly! You deserve a raise! Wonderful experience thanks To this wonderful employee. UPS is lucky to have you!

  Great service, never have to wait or if there is a way it is very short. Friendly service too and very helpful. Also it is very conveniently located for me.

  Looks like any other UPS stores conveniently located close to major street. Staff very pleasant to deal with and I must have come during slow times (10am) I was the only person there. Now for some negative, during peak hours parking probably is nightmare as there are some busy businesses around so not ideal for quick in and out experience. Probably best to come here morning hours.

  Had to stop in and was expecting a long wait. There were lots of people and at least two big mailings going on. The 2 gentleman that were working kept things moving along smoothly and my wait was very short! They showed patience and professionalism throughout my visit
