    A wonderful UPS experience!!! This Saturday morning I had to mail something with a pre-return label and came in wholly unprepared for my packaging needs. Not only did they help me make the right choice (don’t mail cellphones in bubble mailers no matter what the AT&T instructions say!), they did what they could to save me money while still safely shipping my package. If you have to pick a UPS store in Franklin, go to this one!

    I had an amazing experience at this UPS. I came in with an oversized item that wasn’t going to fit in a box, and, instead of turning me away, Chandler took the time to disassemble it himself with their drill. He was quick, kind, and professional. Would 100% recommend this branch.
