    This has been my go to shipping store for a while now. Today, I had an issue with something I was shipping and I needed it there faster after I had paid. Raymond really helped me out with all the transactions and adjusting the shipping speed and that wasn’t an easy task. Thanks so much for helping me. I really appreciate it!

    First, there is the prompt and polite service. Secondly, approximately a month ago when I was in the store, a mother came in with her screaming crying 2 year old. The store manager, Brittany, pulled out some stickers and entertained the child for a few seconds and quickly calmed it down thereby calming down the whole store. Above and beyond.

    On 7/21 I took a package to be mailed. It contained 4 keys to locks for a Pod unit in AL. I paid $35.39 for expedited 3 day shipping & was told to contact them for a refund if package didn’t arrive on time. Delivery was 1 day late. Locks had to be cut off. I called The UPS Store & filed a claim for a refund on 7/31. Today I called, spoke with Brittany who put me on hold & checked it out. She came back on phone & told me that I was past the 14 day time to file a claim??? I told her the claim was filed on 7/31, which was well within the time limit. Back on hold. She came back & said claim was denied by the owner with no reason. I asked for contact info (being interrupted every time I spoke), for a supervisor .She hung up on me! She was very rude from the time she answered the phone & obviously uneducated. I should have known better when I shipped from there, no employee in the place looked clean or professional. I’ll follow my 1st instinct next time. Previously, I shipped from the main facility in JC. Packages always arrived early or on time, very informed & professional employees. Unfortunately, they closed the public shipping office. UPDATE: Brittany called, saw this review, told me that if I removed my review, she would “work her tail off” to find out why the owner denied my claim. I replied “if you resolve” the issue, I will remove review. She said “I will just not work on it then”. WOW!!! She just took that Management title, with no training & ran with it! Customers beware, she may bite you!!

    I have had our mailbox here for 7 years. Today the latest manager in charge terminated my box. Why? Because they sent yet another package that I had delivered here back to the shipper instead of logging it in. This is not the first time they have done that. Last week, they swore a package was not delivered to them, argued it wasn’t delivered to them. So I went to the USPS and got geo tracking imaging of it being delivered to this ups store. They eventually “found it” in the returns pile, set to be returned to the shipper, claiming new hire mistakes. I go out of town a lot for business so when another package got delivered when we were out of town, I had to wait till yesterday to retrieve it. It had been returned to sender just like they were going to do to the last package. Instead of taking accountability for their errors they terminated my box instead. We were not loud, we were not yelling, yet they threatened to call the police today because I was trying to talk with them about them terminating my box after we paid for the year. We have been at this location for 7 yrs, now, all of a sudden we are bad?! No, they keep losing our packages, they don’t take accountability for their mistakes, and they threaten to terminate your box if you have anything to say about their mistakes. I recorded our interaction today. Brittney the current store manager has been the worst store manager that has been there in the 7years we have had our box. For the first 5 years with Austin as a manager we NEVER had the problems we have had currently with this location. The last year especially has been filled with mistakes on their part and they refuse to take any accountability for it!
