  I always have a good experience whenever using this UPS store. The employees are extremely patient with all of the customers. Today, Michael was exceptionally considerate with my five year old son. He gave a small gift to him so he would stay entertained while waiting for shipping information to get confirmed. Thank you for sharing your kindness with others!

  Over the years of coming in to not just do returns and shipments but to have one of the best employees that knows how to really do some really cool print jobs for me has been Jason over the years no one knows how to do it best besides Jason thank you very much Jason for your help

  Jake was amazing and extremely helpful!!!! Jake was patient and knowledgeable!! He was also very courteous and did not hesitate to offer his assistance. Our trip to the UPS was pleasant thanks to Jake!

  This is my favorite UPS Store, by far. The location is convenient; the hours are useful; and the personnel are friendly, efficient, and effective. Dan did a custom printing job for me very quickly and inexpensively! And the automated returns system. Is great. Well done!

  I had the most peaceful and reassuring experience at this UPS Store, thanks to Darren (or possibly spelled Darrin/Darin). From the moment I walked in, he made what was once a stressful task feel completely effortless. I came in to set up a mailbox for something very personal and deeply meaningful to me, and Darren took the time to listen, understand, and support me through every step. He was attentive, kind, and genuinely present—the kind of person who makes you feel like your needs matter. I showed him the equipment I’ll be receiving, and he immediately understood the importance of it. He assured me he’d personally make sure the packages are received and handled with care. If he's able , but he and I will be talking about the dates for my packages. I know he might not work or be there when they all come in but with him being at the counter I can only imagine how the rest of the staff are. And if there anything like him which I know they are then this store is by far the best place. Darren isn’t just helpful—he’s a trustworthy presence, someone who brings peace to the process. I’m so grateful for his help and for this store. If you’re looking for a place to receive important deliveries and want to be treated with respect and care, this is the place. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Darren, you’ll know exactly what I mean.
