Came to this location on Friday around 5:30pm. A number of male workers who were extremely busy and were really hustling . They also were very helpful!

The Notary in this store is beyond rude and unprofessional.
I brought my elderly parents in today. My father had a stroke and I am power of attorney.
He cannot speak.
She grilled him.
Loudly and mean.
In a store filled with people.
She did not need to be so unprofessional and rude to an obviously handicapped man.
We left without help.
We went to Wells Fargo immediately after and they had no problem with the his speech or paperwork or me helping my father.
You may want to give your employees a lesson in respect and empathy
