  They must be stupid o wait its Garfield Heights they are stupid. Recived a package that was not mine deopped it off the firat time at Ups asked them to reject it got it back again called ups international they said back return to sender and drop off at UPS so i do that and this location says no they cant accept the package so i left it there.
