  I needed to print business cards and the lady behind the counter, Betty, did a wonderful job walking me through the process. She explained everything clearly and showed me the different options for card quality and finishes so I could choose what worked best for me. On top of that, the price was very competitive compared to other places I checked. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience!

  The woman was very unhelpful and extremely unfriendly. She actually scared me and refused to send my package. I left very shaken.

  Not the most friendly group at this location, now. Especially since they moved a few doors down after Denny’s retirement. The woman (her name tag said she was the manager) always looks angry and upset and her demeanor is very stand-offish. She seems bothered that I dare walk into the store, at all. When Denny worked at this store, she always greeted me warmly and happily provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Even though I’ve been using this location since 2009, it looks like I’ll have to find a new location to frequent for my shipping needs.
