  I have the best experience in the UPS. Why? Because the notary of this UPS understand better than other notaries of other UPS where I have had bad experiences.

  I would give a zero if I could. I shipped a computer from this location. Paid for a box and the manager stated they would box the computer before shipping it out. They put the shipping sticker on the computer and shipped it without a box. When speaking to the manager she blatantly lied saying it was boxed. Upon speaking to the Piqua facility location it went to after leaving the Troy store they advised that this is how the computer was shipped. When going in person to the Troy UPS store the manager said it’s not her problem and she boxed the computer herself. An employee at the store admitted the computer was not boxed. The manager is not honest in anyway. I will never use this location again. If the owner wants to contact me that is fine. I would be happy to speak to someone above the manager. Update: Owner Yan reached out to me about the issue and resolved the issue. Very professional and polite and made the issue right and apologized. Thank you Yan.

  Had a great experience at the Troy location! Yan is the new owner and she was very kind. Nate and Maggie and Kennedy were also so helpful and pleasure to talk to!

  Live in Piqua and trying to figure out Troy Sunday hours/ open.....no answer of phone call but review and inform indicates yes ..received a call informing they were open as posted. Thanks
