  Have gone here twice and both times had a horrible experience. The shorter older man was impatient with me as I tried to get the info to ship the package as quickly as I could. Retrieving thr phone number from my customer he tapped his fingers on the desk and looked behind me. I get it, im holding up the line, im sorry!! I appologized and got no response. He wasn't very friendly or helpful. On top of that, both packages I had to ship (from seperate time frames, not the same day) that should've been only $40 or $70 at most, ended up being $300 cheapest! How can it cost $300 to ship a 2 pound box to the UK?! The thing itself costed less than $100 so it had no reason to be insured for any more. Needless to say, I took my package to USPS up the road and found the appropriate kindness and helfulness I was looking for, and the shipment for this 2 pound box to the UK was only $40 as I had predicted. I will not be returning to this UPS store. Not with that kind of rediculous price and rude staff.
