Even though I came a minute before closing time, two employees at that time are very welcoming and allowed me to do a quick delivery. The attendant who helped me was, Adrien. I get it that I came pretty much on closing time, but he took his time helping me through the process. He didn't rush me or his work that I appreciate the time he gave to help me.

Lots of items in stock and convenient location. The interior had that modern aspect of a modern house and lots of PO Boxes. High-tech equipment with fresh and new updated technology for labels and printing.

TLDR This store cost me $500
Went here to return two pieces of Verizon internet equipment. At the desk they assured me that they have a system with Verizon for streamlined returns. They took my equipment and gave me a receipt, no tracking number. Two months later, Verizon still doesn’t have my equipment. Nice work, thank you!

Yesterday I went to request an international shipment (previously I had already requested the cost in another branch) and the young man who attended me lied to me telling me that they did not have international services to Mexico only documents which I replied that of course they had shipments to Mexico because I had already checked it, he treated me in a derogatory way telling me that he could not help me, that he did not even know what was inside my package (two books and several children's toys) that all that process had to be seen online. Terrible customer service since I went to another branch and without any problem I was able to send my package.
Ayer fui a solicitar un envío internacional (previamente ya había solicitado el costo en otra sucursal) y el joven que me atendió me mintió diciéndome que no tenían servicios internacionales a México únicamente documentos lo cual yo respondí que por supuesto tenían envíos a México porque yo ya lo había checado, el me trató de una manera despectiva diciéndome que no me podía ayudar, que nisiquiera sabía que había dentro de mi paquete (dos libros y varios juguetes de niños) que todo ese proceso lo tenía que ver en línea. Pésima atención al cliente ya que acudí a otra sucursal y sin problema pude enviar mi paquete.
