If you have Amazon returns PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE they charge for taping your box.. and it’s 3 dollars not even 1 ft long of the tape.. SCAMMER PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS.

I've used them several times to send packages, (Christmas and Business) and have never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they look for ways to keep my shipping cost down.

Unfriendly staff and very odd policy about return packaging that I had never encountered at other UPS stores. The employees had zero intention to assist. I had much better experiences at other UPS stores around the area.

The UPS is a brilliant scam. You pay higher shipping charges to not only not deliver your package but getting it disposed at an unknown location. I sent a bunch of documents (5 pages total), which were not delivered. Then they denied giving any information and any help in retrieving documents. Oh yes, they obviously denied any refund!!! So it is like giving away $150 and loosing two days of mental peace. Good luck if you are still going to the ups store!
Edit as a reply to the "Response from the owner": I am not sure about who is the more useless UPS delivery system or UPS customer support team. Before writing this review I had already contacted customer helpline. I was on the call for about 5 hours (wait times of ~35 minutes each). Each time someone would pick up my call after 30-40 minutes then tell me that they are not expert in international deliveries, and asked me to wait till they contact someone who is expert. Fine, as a naive customer in need, I waited for another 20 minutes every time but no "International Delivery Expert" ever came on the call. Finally, I submitted claim for lost package and I am still waiting for me refund money. I am sure they are useless too! I think everything that is associated with the ups is useless.
