  Do not go here for notary services. $20 per signature page and doesn't tell you that until after you sign. That's intentional since you already signed. Thanks greedy store owner for the inconvenience of having to get a new document prepared.

  Very clean store and extremely helpful staff. Always a smooth experience here.One of the best UPS locations I’ve visited—friendly team and fast service.Staff is always professional and welcoming. Great service every time!

  I had a very bad experience at this UPS Store. I had already paid for 9 orders to be delivered there while I was out of the country. Instead of providing the service I paid for, they called me demanding that I pick up the boxes immediately because they were “taking up space,” and even threatened to charge me $10 per box if I didn’t pick them up the next day. Since I was out of the country, this was impossible. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. I have never experienced such unprofessional service at a UPS Store. I do not recommend this store at 5543 Edmonson Pike. Terrible customer service.
