  I experienced text book customer service around 10:30am on 9.2.25 by a young Latino lady (wish I got her name ), with a gracious, pleasant demeanor and a contagious smile. The building was full of people and she carried herself very well. Looked up my account by name and immediately took my att equipment. I was surprised she wasn’t the manager the way she carried herself. She did give me the name of the manager, Chris Spann. Please give her a raise.

  Just wanted to quickly write this down before I forget , I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped my daughter and I earlier this afternoon, but she was working up front around 1-2 pm today 8-21-25. She was so sweet and so patient with us , I was trying to do a return with literally no service on my phone , so she could scan my code. It took several minutes, and the entire time she was so patient with me and extremely helpful. With her help I was able to get it done way quicker, so I wanted to come and pay her a compliment. Most of the people/employees that I’ve encountered here are very knowledgeable and friendly, much more than USPS across the street. So this was a Thank you review, I will continue to use this specific store from now on. It’s worth the extra minute drive .

  The store clerk, Matt went above and beyond to make sure my product got shipped. Astronomically Professional, Patient, and Nice. He made me feel very valuable as a customer. I'm elderly and the respect and patience this young man exuded with me left me tearful. I can't say thank you enough. May Matt be Blessed. He is a true Blessing to UPS. 👍👍👍👍👍
