  I visited this location to have two documents notarized and mailed. I was charged both a notary fee and a "notary convenience" fee, still unclear what the convenience was. I specifically said I did not want express shipping, yet was charged $18.36 just for shipping a six-page document within the same state. Altogether, I paid $24.72 just to ship a basic document. To make matters worse, the staff member had a rude attitude, and I didn’t even feel comfortable asking questions or disputing the charges. I believe a refund is warranted, paying nearly $25 for standard shipping within the same state is unreasonable. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you’re okay with unexpected fees and poor customer service.
