1st experience, months ago, same staff - i was doing an Amazon return and couldn't locate the correct barcode. The larger set woman got aggravated and treated me rudely.
2nd experience 7/18/25 same staff - came in approximately 15 minutes before the shop closed. Waited for 10 mins, due to another customer, having an issue with pulling up her barcode. No problem there. So then she gets to me and tells me that she cannot process my business return equipment that they have a contract with because she has already shut down that equipment prior to me coming in. Told me I would have to return on Saturday. I asked her if she was joking and in our sarcastic tone, she says, no, i'm not joking and then the other employee chimed in and said, have a great day.Have a great day.Have a great day until I left a store.
3rd experience - 7/19/25 Tried to drop off my package. Unfortunately, the store was closed and google had the times wrong.
4th experience - 7/21/25 i came in to handle the package and because I was upset and mention what my prior experience on Friday was I was refused service. Then told I would have to use another UPS store. Captured video of them refusing to service me, and wouldn't even look my direction when I started videotaping. I needed proof for my employer of the experience that I went through.
Today I called customer service to submit a formal complaint and was advised that it was individually owned. If this issue does not get resolved today.. i will be posting that video online.
Whether either person is the owner or neither are the owner. This is not, how can you treat your customers.
