  My experience in the store was very fast and friendly. I was in and out the door in under three minutes.

  I spent 20$ to have a package over nighted. The young man accidentally left out the last 3 of the PO box, I did not catch it unfortunately until the package was returned. Went back to UPS to get the mailing address corrected and re sent out. The lady refused to honor her employee's mistake and had zero sympathy and simply said "you agreed to the terms" and I had to pay another 10$ to send the package out again. The lack of customer service and honoring her employees mistake will cause me to never use this location again. Go to the Post Office or Fed Ex. Its not a huge deal but the right thing to do would have been to just cover the cost. You could tell the employee was embarassed by her managers actions and lack of customer service.

  I have been to this location multiple times and have been sadly disappointed in the complete lack of customer interaction by their staff. The only reason I went there today, is because in this area, there are not many options. The atmosphere in that store is awful, the employees are not friendly and in fact don’t even want to look you in the eye, and didn’t respond when I tried being friendly to them. I don’t expect over the top enthusiasm but.i do expect basic politeness.
