  Tried shipping a simple UPS package through this store. The address was correct, straightforward, and still UPS botched the delivery. After a week of radio silence, the store now wants another $22+ to re-ship it—because apparently accountability isn’t part of the service. Their solution? File a claim with UPS. Isn’t this supposed to be The UPS Store? Save yourself the headache. I wasted over two hours navigating UPS’s robotic phone maze, only to be dumped into a foreign call center that offered zero help. This operation is a masterclass in passing the buck and charging you for the privilege.

  I walked into this location and the line was nearly out the door, but I was quickly seen to have my package processed because of Max. He was awesome, quick, efficient and friendly. Made sure everyone was greeted and satisfied with their drop off. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes with a long line in front of me it was impressive to watch and see the line dwindled down fast. Thank you so much for the fantastic service.
