  good location, but not enough parking sometimes)) staff is usually friendly, always greeting, respectful .( but looking tired, I wish to see smiles more often on their faces)

  I have to start by saying I really don’t like that they charge $3 just to print a UPS label. That’s highway robbery for something so simple, and it’s a policy that should really be changed. I’m sure it comes from UPS corporate, but it’s still not a good practice for customers. That being said, this is my local UPS Store, and it’s very convenient. I’ve been here countless times, especially because I shop a lot on Amazon. Most of my Amazon returns used to go through this location, and the process is quick and straightforward. Now that there’s an Amazon Fresh supermarket in our area, I often return packages there instead, but I still use this UPS Store frequently for other shipping needs. The staff here are generally friendly and efficient, and they get the job done without hassle. If they could just revisit that $3 label printing fee, this would be an even better neighborhood resource.
