  I was at this UPS facility this morning 🤦🏻‍♀️ and this man was in a bad mood or I don’t know what his problem was because he wasn’t friendly or polite, he wasn’t even welcoming and he just talked to me in a rude tone If they’re going to act like that with clients, quit that job and find one that you might like Bad experience 👎🏻

  Excellent customer service, always with a smile. Email reminders for post office box. Reasonable accommodations when picking up or leaving mail. Great office hours and service is quick.

  Your employee who helped me today is always efficient and kind. I appreciate her expertise and thoroughness. There have been a few times when my returns haven't been packaged properly, and she's courteously helped me understand exactly what I need to change. She's great!
