  There was a little glitch with a package coming to me from this location. It was not due to any mistake by this store. Issa was so helpful, patient and thorough in reviewing the problem and went above and beyond my expectations to resolve it. His outstanding customer service demonstrates that he focuses on making his store the best it could possibly be and confirms that he genuinely cares about each customer. He could have viewed it as just another package of the hundreds they process daily, but he made me feel like my package was the most important one that day. I highly recommend this UPS store on Sam Furr Rd and greatly appreciate Issa and his team for all they do. CJR

  Go anywhere else but here. Went in to have a car title notarized, and the guy used someone else’s stamp. He then tried to play it off and tell us we were good to go. I looked down and realized the stamp had a different name and told them that the DMV would not accept this. They proceeded to scratch out the name and write the name that was on the notary stamp. Now I have to go to the DMV to get a duplicate title before I can sell my car. Went there a couple months ago to overnight my daughter‘s contacts to her and they called me the next day saying they could not locate her address. The guy that helped me put in the wrong city. They then proceeded to send the contacts again. Called me the next day saying they could not get in to deliver the contacts. She lives in an apartment complex and UPS knows to deliver all items to the office. They sent the contacts one more time and they finally were delivered. Instead of them being there overnight, it took four days. Never once was I offered a refund. Not sure who is steering the ship there, but they have to do a better job at hiring people to run their store.
