  These folks lost a very expensive Amazon package I was returning. I paid for the boxes to ship out these two giant audio racks back to Amazon and only one made it. The folks here have no clue what I’m talking about and Amazon says they never got both racks.

  Awful experience, awful customer service, the representative of the UPS tried to tell me the way I had to fill out the paperwork from GA and told me that he couldn’t notarize the documents because in his personal opinion it was filled out wrongfully (regardless of me saying that it’s been filled out with the instructions from GA office) he started yelling at me, he never gave his name and told me that I have to go to GA to notarize the paperwork because paperwork goes to GA and this is a NJ. I believe he must be fired because such luck of training in my personal opinion cannot be fixed.
