  The shop is so nice after the renovation! I'm a drop-shipper so I have a lot of experience in UPS stores. This is the nicest I've seen. I'm shipping valuable goods every week and this store has handled all my needs without any problem, and my small business is thriving. Also everyone is so nice, I feel like family when I'm there.

  I think the store must be under new management because the staff is incredible, much different from previous experiences where they felt understaffed. I thought the manager was particularly lovely and efficient.
