  And the Prince Frederick office in Maryland. The people there are so nice and helpful unlike the Dunkirk one.

  Absolutely useless went down there on August 2 2005 two of the boxes I needed help with I have a bad back. I asked three of the men that were working that day they refuse to help. Two were young one was older. I have dealt with the older gentleman before and he is very useless. I was absolutely shocked that no one there could even help me bring it in I was parked right out front. One of the other customers who was a woman helped me carry it in. Do not go to this UPS store the one in Dunkirk is so much better run .this is not the first time that I have had problems down there

  Great customer service from the moment I opened the door and throughout my entire transaction. She offered to assist me as I came in and was cheerful and friendly throughout my return.
