  You get my shipment seized by the authorities when everything i ship is in compliance by state and federal law, and is in compliance with ups rules and regulations. You are horrible people with no Morals or integrity. I will be telling everyone i know to never visit this location. You should be very ashamed of yourself.

  I'm going to assume that being rude comes natural to the people who work here. I was standing AT the register this evening. The lady behind the register looks past me and ask who is next in line. Then proceeds to get smart when I said you dont see me standing here.. as I stepped out between transactions to get reception on my phone. I come back in and she's gossiping to the next Customer about me. My son was still standing at the register and told me. Very ignorant people who work at this location.

  As others have mentioned, CS was rude. But now but I have a guess as to why, and it's the owner/manager's fault. Those poor ladies in the store are sick of people coming in all day for FedEx service. HEY BOSS!!! Petition or demand that FedEx takes your store off of their website! Maybe it'll stop all of the unnecessary traffic in your sorely lacking, cramped parking area shared by several other storefronts, and relieve your employees from dealing with unnecessary inquiries.
