  My experience with this UPS store has been wonderful for the several years during which I have been patronizing it.   Fast and efficient. Friendly and helpful staff! JB greeted me and chatted briefly about what I was sending. I told him it was a box of baby gifts for a friend and he was just super nice and casual. He went over different options with me to send a package safely and helped me set up a shipping account. I never felt rushed or a bother at all. While I was trying to find out something he smoothly worked the third cash register for the next customer and then back to me to finish up the order. He wished me a good day and just a wholesome guy. :) Thank you JB!
