  I don’t usually write reviews, but David at this UPS Store earned one. The guy runs that place like an air traffic controller — packages flying in, people needing help with shipping, printing, you name it — and somehow he keeps everyone calm and smiling like they’re the only customer in the room. I’ve seen him juggle three things at once without breaking stride, and never once does he make you feel rushed. That’s rare these days. He’s professional, polite, and he knows his stuff. More importantly, he treats people right. If I was hiring for my own company, I’d be recruiting him on the spot. Until then, the UPS Store better hang on to him, because folks like David don’t come around often.

  David and Cassandra were EXTREMELY helpful and polite while performing a massive and prolonged printout job for me from very complicated files. The job required considerable technical expertise, and they handled it superbly. While performing this very complicated task for me, they deftly and professionally handled other customers so that nobody was kept waiting. These folks are really great. I’m coming back here again and again for all my printing needs. Thank you to David and Cassandra! In a world plagued with incompetence and impolite people and workers who don’t care , these guys are a breath of fresh air!

  Went in to ship something back to Amazon and another item to a different store. David was such a big help for this tech challenged 60+ year old! Got me taken care of with a smile and so much knowledge! Thanks so much!
