  I had the pleasure of visiting this UPS to send a shipment and I could not have asked for better service. I stopped at FedEx before I came in and they were unable to assist me. They actually suggested that I visit the UPS Store in Trussville, AL. I’m so glad I did! Customer Service Rep. Emily brightened my day with a beautiful smile, and fast and friendly service. She was impressively courteous, and knowledgeable. This is definitely the store to service my shipping needs!

  Emily, is very multi task! She quickly get her customers out as quickly as possible. Even taking the time to help me at the computer! Not to mention working at the register! SHE THE BEST!!! I being going the the Trussville UPS store for over 20 years.... Tammie

  Shipping a care package to my sister who just had an accident from Trussville, AL to her home in Orlando. The two customer service agents who helped me at your store in Trussville could not have been more helpful AND they actually seemed eager to help. They were friendly and went above and beyond. From someone with over 30 yrs in mgmt and leadership, I recognize talent, dignity, pride and grace when I see it. UPS is privileged to have these two team-members on staff and amongst their UPS family. I have a company discount at Fedex, but choose UPS and specifically this Trussville Alabama over the discount for the exceptional care and service. Can’t thank you all enough! Angie Wynn

  It's Sunday afternoon and 5 minutes until closing and the line is out the door BUT EMILY is at the cash register with a smile on her face greeting every customer in a friendly and professional manner. She is the ONLY person at the register with 1 young man in the back boxing up orders. She didn't get frustrated or rattled. Emily just continued to help customers 2 at a time and was able to keep the line moving. Rarely do you see this type of customer service these days and THE UPS STORE IS FORTUNATE to have her on their team. She should be in charge of training new employees on how to keep cool and give service with a smile. The lady in front of me had stated how nice Emily was with everyone. According to this lady, there had been a previous male employee that was rude and very aggravated at having to work. She said this is like day and night now with Emily there. Keep up the great work. The world could use a lot more Emily's out there. This was at the Trussville, AL location Store# 3320 And NO I'm not related to Emily

  It was a great experience! A few weeks ago, I had a problem with my Amazon package and had to sent it back. I was expecting some typical workers who just wanted me gone but instead of a normal experience, the workers greeted me with kind patience and helped me get everything I needed. I am thankful to them and especially the two that helped me, Luke and then John. They really knew what they were doing and I got out of there in under five minutes, even with all my return stuff in a disorderly manner. Really great employees you don’t see much of anymore. If I have to return an Amazon package again I will definitely come back!
