I had a terrible experience at this UPS store for passport pics of my son. They didn’t have any setup required for taking pictures of a baby, just plop them on the ground, where everyone was walking. No proper lighting either. The associate was using his personal phone camera. They refused to use editing tools to change the background to solid white to match the govt requirements, saying it would cost extra to do that. They made us wait a long time and the final outcome isn’t even usable.I would like a refund!

The young employees here need some training on professionalism and de-escalation. We went in with an Amazon return after being turned away once already because of an issue with the shipping label. Amazon said there was no issue with the shipping label and we should be able to ship the items as is in their boxes but the UPS employees said Amazon is wrong. Clearly there is a misunderstanding somewhere but instead of talking to us about the issue and working with us to find a solution, the kids continued to tell us to call Amazon and when we began to get frustrated one of them told us to buy a different box or leave the store in a very unprofessional manner. We immediately apologized for our frustration and he ignored the apology and repeated for us to leave the store. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he escalated it and caused more frustration with the way he treated us. Unfortunately, this is the closest UPS Store, but I'm happy to drive a bit further for better staff.

Just went to this store to return several Amazon packages. Went to the counter and apologized because I had 6 items to return. The lady wouldn’t help me. Told me to go to the self return and do it myself.
I am handicapped, have only one hand. I told her last time I did it myself my return was not received and I’d prefer her to help me. She rolled her eyes rudely so I went ahead and did it myself.
Very disappointed in the Hispanic lady at the counter. I’ve come here for years. Probably won’t return.

Employees here are entirely unhelpful. Never greet you when you walk in, keep their backs turned to you, never spend a moment trying to help or explain anything, and act like they’re inconvenienced if you ask a single question. There was a young man working there today who looked at me like I was an idiot for asking a simple question. Looking at other reviews it seems this is a common complaint. Why isn’t management doing something about this?

Please don't bother touting how you're a locally owned and operated store if don't offer the ability to call the store directly to provide customer service. Spent a while in constant loops pressing this number and that number, asking for a representative won't let you speak to someone. Was trying to speak to the store to confirm final pickup for the day and by the time I actually reached someone, after 20 minutes, learned the last pickup had since come.
