  I want to give a 5 but can’t, yet, as a business customer. Staff is all very friendly, helpful and professional to the best of their ability. I say to the best of their ability because of what I will share below. Which is why I hope the owner reads this. This location is in a high growth area where I assume demand for business mailboxes will increase. The store size will become a problem (is a problem during holiday periods) and the lack of store sophistication, particularly for business services, is a problem, compared to other locations. Box renewal reminders and the ease of renewing the box annually is a challenge - really outdated process. I get phone calls but when I call back I get a busy signal often. Renewed over the phone but no method to email me a payment receipt? Last Christmas this store was so overrun they couldn’t find one of my packages until February. Finally, I have always been able to buy stamps for business use at other UPS stores. This location never has any.
