  I went in this afternoon’s with a few Amazon returns and the white male employee (I wish I looked at his name tag) refuse to scan my items. He told me to go to the kiosk and do it myself. Mind you, it was dead and I was the only person in there. He just didn’t feel like doing his job. I am not a paid UPS employee, I shouldn’t have to do his job. He literally was standing there doing nothing and refused to help me. I took my items to the other location off port royal and they were happy to scan my items with no issue. This man needs to be fired since he’s being paid to do literally nothing.

  It’s a shame they have chosen profit over customer service and now have customers do the work for an Amazon return.

  So easy to take things to them. Especially at this store where they are located now near Publix. Get 2 errands off my list in one place. I really appreciate the easy Amazon returns, too.

  I was in on Friday evening, the 1st of August. Two young men Kaiden and ? Helped me. They were extremely patient and helpful with 2 complicated mailings. It was a success only because of their assistance! Both were very polite and knowledgeable. You have a great team!! Thank you, StClair’s
