  🌟 5-Star Review for UPS Store – Windermere, FL 🌟 Today I walked into the UPS Store in Windermere, and I have to say, from the moment I stepped in, the experience was exceptional. I was greeted immediately by NamiShian, the store manager and her warmth and professionalism set the tone. Before I even approached the counter, she acknowledged me with a kind “I’ll be right with you,” which was simple but sincere … and appreciated. Let me just say: the store smelled amazing. Whatever fragrance was used created such a welcoming and calming atmosphere, especially compared to the heat and chaos outside. The cleanliness and organization of the store stood out too … everything looked and felt well-kept and intentional. When it was my turn, NamiShian thanked me for having my Amazon barcode ready, taped up my return herself, and even offered a chance to win $250 for my feedback to Amazon. That was a nice bonus … but truth be told, I already wanted to compliment her before she handed me anything. Her attitude, friendliness, and attention to detail were simply refreshing. The best part? Within minutes of leaving, I received confirmation from Amazon that my return was processed. That’s efficiency at its finest. I’ve visited several UPS locations in the past, but this experience stands out. NamiShian is truly a shining star…exactly the kind of person you want managing a location like this. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the team’s energy, the environment, and the speed of service. So grateful I stopped in today. Windermere is lucky to have her! 🙌🏾📦✨

  The ladies there are just full of joy and make you feel like you’re in a neighborhood store. They always offer to assist and tell me about the new things UPS are offering to make it easier. Just great guest service.
